Imagine a house, built in 1805 and now lovingly and sympathetically restored to the highest standard. A house full of history and interesting stories set in the fascinating former county town of Bodmin.
Roscrea is that house, once home to the schoolmaster who established the first grammar school in Bodmin; home to his family, a cook, a housemaid and a nurse…and up to 14 boarding pupils from around the county.
Roscrea, now home to Sarah, offers you a uniquely Cornish welcome and I invite you to stay with me and enjoy the comforts of my home.
“What a wonderful little place this is. As soon as you walk in the feel of home is present. Sarah is an absolute credit to the bodmin area. Her breakdast and attention to detail is just exquisite. The B&B is just brilliant very clean and just a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely be back to stay.”
